We are a relationship-led organisation with established, proven and trusted partners across the supply chain in Australia and in Vietnam. We retain ownership and accountability throughout the project with VTM project management teams here in Australia and in Vietnam, providing client continuity and full accountability at every stage of this steel solution eco-system.
Established Manufacturing Partners
VTM works with a deliberately limited group of established, long-term Vietnamese fabrication partners, selected for their manufacturing capability, quality systems, transparency and alignment with Australian project requirements.
Our approach is not based on open-market or transactional sourcing. We develop close, long-term relationships with manufacturing partners and work directly with their management, project and production teams in Vietnam.
For each project, the nominated facility is required to demonstrate the capability, quality systems and applicable certifications necessary to meet the project specification. Facility-specific certifications and supporting documentation are confirmed during project development.
Australian engineering and shop detailing, established Vietnamese fabrication capability, independent QA/QC inspection and experienced Australian logistics management are coordinated by VTM as a single point of accountability from fabrication through to site delivery.
